Program Overview

The Wilmington University DBA program is designed for managers, leaders, consultants, and educators seeking to enhance competencies for management, leadership, business consulting, and academia. The program builds upon master's-level core skills and knowledge, developing expertise in applied research and theoretical comprehension in a chosen business discipline. Founded in January 2008, the program uses a cohort model with 12-18 students progressing together through a prescribed curriculum. Currently offered in 100% Online Live format for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 cohorts, with face-to-face classroom instruction reintroduced as an option starting Summer 2026.
