The Vlerick Executive PhD Programme in Business Administration is a five-year part-time doctoral programme designed for senior executives and experienced professionals. Grounded in the philosophy of engaged scholarship, the programme combines rigorous academic research with practical business application. Participants earn a joint PhD degree from KU Leuven and Ghent University. The programme was renamed from Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) to Executive PhD in 2024 to better reflect its academic rigour.
