Program Overview

The University of Bath DBA in Higher Education Management is the only programme of its kind in the world, specifically designed for senior higher education leaders and managers. Delivered through ICHEM (International Centre for Higher Education Management), it combines rigorous doctoral research with practical application in higher education policy and management. The programme has a two-phase structure: a two-year taught phase delivered through four intensive week-long residential sessions at Bath, followed by a thesis phase completed remotely with two academic supervisors.
